In the final episode of season 3, Weaver broke the news to DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell that she had decided to "move on to a new chapter" following her third year with the team.
"I'm really excited about it, but it's been hard to make that decision," the cheerleader said. "But I'm emotional because of how grateful I am, truly."

Following her graduation from the University of Alabama, Weaver joined the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders in 2023.
According to her bio on the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders' website, Weaver decided to audition for DCC because it was a "dream" of hers to "pursue a professional career in dance since I can remember."
"The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are so iconic and they consistently set the bar for talent year after year," her bio reads.
Weaver's audition was featured in the first season of America's Sweethearts, which saw her make the team.
In season 2, she hung up her uniform on the re-audition rack, and Finglass told Weaver that she was "proud" of how she's remained humble amid her newfound success.
She returned again in 2025 as a third-year DCC veteran.

Weaver married her husband, Will Allman, in April 2024, two months before the first season of America's Sweethearts premiered. In season 3, she said they had a "very abnormal first year of marriage."
"On our two-month anniversary, our world completely changed," she said. "Definitely took a 180 and I was not only trying to navigate being a good wife, but I also have a new reality."
Allman, who quit his job at a power washing company amid his wife's rise to fame, began working with Weaver as new opportunities arose. However, he said in season 3 that their relationship started becoming "more of a business partnership rather than a marriage."
Speaking about how the fame has "intensified," the pair admitted that they are "still trying to figure it out."
"Our whole life has pretty much flipped. Reece didn't come out here to become famous," Allman said, to which Weaver added that her life have become "so nonstop."

As Weaver weighed her retirement decision throughout season 3, she told Allman that the "biggest pro for staying" was her teammates.
However, after a whirlwind few years that included both marriage and making the team, she told Allman that she was now at a point where she was thinking, "What am I doing? What is my purpose? Who else is Reece? ... Who's us?"
When it came time to make her final decision, Weaver — who had also struggled with injuries throughout her third season — told Finglass and Trammell that it was a "hard day," but she was leaving with gratitude.
"My cup is filled to the brim, and if my absence gives another girl an opportunity for her cup to be filled, then I consider that the greatest honor, leaving and moving forward," she said.
Trammell said that Weaver has had "a lot of doors open" recently and told the cheerleader that she will "do great with whatever path you choose."
"You've done a great job and left your mark here," the choreographer told Weaver after she hung up her uniform.
After she left the room, Finglass said Weaver was a "hard one to put an X through," while Trammell acknowledged that "her life is further along" than some of her peers.
"I think she knows how and why her life has changed so much," Trammell said, while Finglass added, "I appreciate that. She's grateful."

Prior to making her retirement decision, Weaver said that she and Allman eventually want to return to Alabama. At the time of filming, the cheerleader said she could see them spending one more year in Dallas "trying to figure out what's to come."
"I think that Alabama is calling us back home," she said.
Her bio on the DCC website says that becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader has been her "proudest accomplishment."
She also noted that 10 years from now, she hopes to be "married to my best friend, further my dance career, and hope to have worked on receiving my teaching certification. I also hope to have a family of my own with a lot of fur babies!"
Based on her social media, Weaver has been busy with other opportunities since the 2025-26 football season ended. In June 2026, she was a guest announcer at Opry 100 and introduced country artist Jordan Davis at the famed venue, per her Instagram. She has also continued sharing her "Floral Friday" videos on Instagram and TikTok.
Following the premiere of season 3, Weaver has yet to open up about her retirement or reveal any plans to move back to Alabama.
