The couple has welcomed their second baby together, a rep for Helou confirms to PEOPLE. Tiffany welcomed their daughter, Tatum Grace Helou, on Friday, June 12, at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, Calif., in an unmedicated and natural birth. The little one weighed 6 lbs., 13 oz.
"We are overjoyed to welcome our sweet daughter, Tatum Grace, into the world," Tiffany tells PEOPLE. "After a year that truly tested us, she is the greatest blessing and such a beautiful example of God's grace. Our double rainbow baby is here, and she has brought so much joy into our family."

In May 2025, Tiffany shared that the couple had experienced their second miscarriage in six months.
"After experiencing multiple miscarriages, we don't take a single moment for granted," says Gio. "The sleepless nights and challenges that come with a newborn are a privilege we're incredibly grateful to have."
The newly minted dad of two says that their doctor asked if Tiffany wanted to deliver Tatum herself once the baby's head and shoulders were out.
"She actually reached down and pulled our daughter onto her chest," says Gio. "In that moment, I just looked at her and thought, 'My wife is an absolute goddess.'"

Tiffany remembers the birth as "intense" but says that her experience was exactly what she'd wanted.
"Tatum seemed like she was taking her time, but once she was ready, everything happened fast," she explains. "Her birth was intense, beautiful and exactly the unmedicated experience I had hoped for."
"Gio was right by my side through all of it, encouraging me through the hardest parts when I felt like I couldn't do any more, and I'll never forget what it felt like to bring our daughter into the world together," says Tiffany.
As they've settled into being parents of two, Tiffany says she's been loving seeing her son Teddy, 2, become an older sibling.
"Teddy has been the sweetest big brother from the moment he met her. Seeing him with his little sister and watching our family grow has been everything we prayed for and more," she says. "I feel so incredibly blessed by our two children and by Gio, and we're soaking in the start of this new chapter as a family of four."

For Gio, holding his baby daughter opened up a new world.
"I thought I knew what fatherhood felt like, but the moment I held my daughter, I discovered a whole new kind of life," he says. "The last few days have been a blur of sleepless nights, diaper changes and trying to figure out a whole new rhythm as a family of four."
"It's exhausting, honestly. But then she falls asleep on my chest, and somehow none of that matters."
