For The Bear'sSarah Ramos, filming in the Windy City has several perks.
"Chicago food is incredible, and Chicago people, and the Cubs," she told PEOPLE at FX's The Bear Final Family Meal event on Monday, June 15 in New York City, while reflecting on what she loves about working there.
Ramos — who plays Jessica, an expediter at the restaurant Ever on the series — then shared her favorite culinary highlights in Chicago.
"I love a Pequod's deep-dish pizza, but really only from Pequod's," Ramos, 35, says. "I like that burnt crust. But a thin pan-style pizza is also good, and Chicago is actually known for that. Lesser known."

"And then I just go around, go on treat ventures, treat-scursions, to find any kind of treat I can," Ramos continues. "A great doughnut. They have a great old-fashioned doughnut at the Doughnut Vault. I don't know if that's really Chicago, but to me that's Chicago."
The fifth and final season of The Bear will be released on June 25, and Ramos says what she'll miss most is "all the people."

"A winter camp, because it's filmed in Chicago in the winter," she clarifies. "So I'm going to miss that."
At the same event, star Jeremy Allen White, 35, detailed what it was like to read the script of the final episode of the series, which also stars Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Ayo Edebiri, Lionel Boyce and Liza Colón-Zayas.
"It was hard. I mean, it was hard to read. It was hard to shoot. It all makes sense," White said. "To me, this season, the end of the show is like — for Carmy [Carmen Berzatto] at least — is about this sort of like ultimate surrender and acceptance of, kind of like an honesty with himself. So that all makes sense to me."
The Bear season 5 will premiere all eight episodes June 25 on Hulu and Disney+.
