As a nanny for the rich and famous, Sydney Siegel is used to the wild requests that come from her clients.

During the show's first episode, nannies lined up to meet the Guiribiteys, including Camila and her mother, Taty, each completing an interview with the duo to see who would win a coveted position working for the family, alongside Barrs.Siegel, 27, took the first turn with the mom-and-daughter duo and was met with the family's over-the-top expectations for their employees, including the very specific and expensive way they requested that Siegel handle their children's food if offered the position. The interview started off on rocky ground, as Taty and Camila both commented on whether Siegel's low-cut shirt was appropriate.Later, Camila launched into an explanation of expectations for Siegel. "So, at home we have a chef," Camila said, before adding that Siegel would be in charge of plating all of the children's food and making it "Instagram-worthy.""How are you with your chopsticks?" she then asked."It depends," came Siegel's reply, as Camila handed her a set of Louis Vuitton chopsticks (a set of which retails for $675 on the luxury designer's website).Among the Guiribiteyss' other requests? Nannies are expected to sing all lullabies with "precision," as well as wear a uniform provided by the family, change nail colors to be appropriate based on the client's liking, and to "match the family's daily aura."

"First rule when dealing with the rich and out of touch is you just smile and tell them what they want to hear, until you get the job," Siegel said in a confessional. "My nails are red, they're cute. I'm not changing them."Following the meeting, the nannies debriefed their interviews with each other, where they discussed things including Camila's "fixation" on each of the women's outfits.Other nannies took turns with Taty and Camila before it was ultimately revealed that Siegel had snagged the gig with the family."The 'Gs' wanting Sydney has my jaw on the floor," said nanny and New York-based dancer-actress Hannah Joy Davis. "Her resume must be stacked.""Sydney literally was the one to say, I think she's jealous of me," pointed out Liv McMahon. However, Siegel added that she was "not surprised," citing her deep friendship with Barrs as one reason why the Guiribiteys may have wanted her.
