Kylie Kelce is continuing to keep it real.
The 34-year-old mother of four opened up about her struggles coming to terms with her postpartum body in the summertime in the Thursday, June 4, episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast.
Jason Kelce's wife brought up the topic during her "You know what's f---ed up?" segment, answering it with "The feeling of putting on a bathing suit postpartum."
Kylie said that while she used to love throwing on a bikini in her teens, her approach has changed now that she's had four children.
"I need tummy control. You know what I mean," she said. "I need something that covers my belly button because … Here's the true confession: You want a 'not gonna lie'? Not gonna lie, I had my belly button pierced and it stretched out with the rest of my belly while I was making human beings and then it never went back. It is truly something that bothers me so much."

And while she's been on the hunt for a "high-waisted bikini bottom," Kylie noted that her height makes it difficult as she specifically is trying to cover her belly button.
"Have you ever seen the lip of a rhinoceros?" Kylie quipped, laughing. "That's what the top of my belly button looks like. Would you want that to be out and about?"

The podcast host, who is mom to daughters Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finn, 1, said she's trying to be kind to herself, sharing, "I have made it a point to say to myself that my body has made four human beings. And you have to give yourself grace. You must. That being said, it's okay to mature in your bathing suit choices if that's what makes you feel comfortable."
This summer, Kylie is investigating a "skirt bottom" for her swimsuits, but acknowledged that dressing herself postpartum still "sucks."
"It doesn't matter how much grace you've given yourself. It doesn't matter how much you love what your body has done," she said. "It is hard to look at your body that does not look like your body that you've lived with your whole life. It has changed in a way that is permanent and now you have to figure out how to dress it, not only in regular clothing, but in bathing suits. That sucks."

However, Kylie also noted that while she still struggles with her own body image, she knows that much of this is a personal issue, not something that others would notice.
"The person who is the most concerned about what you look like in your bathing suit, is you," she said. "Other people are not going to be highly bothered by your bathing suit or how you look in it. They're also not going to be nearly as critical. We need to be more gentle on ourselves and not let bathing suits be the thing that hold us back from enjoying summer activities."
