Las Culturistas co-host Matt Rogers is dating Below Deck star Fraser Olender

Matt Rogers has found his other half in Below Deck star Fraser Olender.
While they haven't confirmed exactly how or when they first met, their public debut as a couple occurred in November 2025 at BravoCon in Las Vegas.
Before going public with the Las Culturistas host, Olender told PEOPLE in May 2025 that he was "picky" when it comes to dating, and opened up about a trait he looks for in a potential match.
"I think mystery is really attractive, so I don't give much away. The less you give, the more people want," he explained.
Olender attended Rogers' 5th annual Las Culturistas Culture Awards taping in May 2026 and the podcast host later shared their relationship's connection to the show.
"Fraser actually was invited last year and couldn't make it. He did an interview right after that saying he was disappointed to miss it. It was because of that interview that I even DM'd him! In a way, the Culture Awards were the intro to how we even started talking," Rogers told Out.

Olender was born on Oct. 26, 1993 in Hampstead, London. Per his Bravo profile, who he misses the most from home while he's traveling for work are his "mum, dad, sister and best friends." He wrote, "They keep me afloat, literally."
Olender also said his favorite activities are "champagne, shopping, and skiing."

Olender has been a cast member of Below Deck since season 9. He came aboard My Seanna as the 2nd steward, and was promoted to chief steward for season 10-12 on St. David.
Olender opened up to Travel + Leisure in February 2024 about how he went from being a guest on a yacht to working on one.
"I was fortunate enough to be a guest on a yacht many years ago, and it was a time when I was working and living in London, doing my so-called 'dream job,' but it just absolutely wasn't ticking the boxes," he explained.
Olender added, "I was miserable, but I went on this boat, and I was surrounded by all these crew members that were so fascinated and in love with what they did. And I was in awe."
Though it may seem "glamorous" at times, the Bravo star made it clear that it "takes a special kind of person to really love hospitality on a new level."
Olender's job also means time away from Rogers. "Being on the show is one thing, but actually going out there and doing it in real life is his real passion. I'm just happy and proud of him," the podcast host told Out. "Phone calls are better than texts. FaceTimes are better than phone calls! Try your best to see each other every two to three weeks, as long as you give it a good effort."
Prior to Olender joining the cast of Below Deck, he also appeared on the British reality series Made in Chelsea during season 11. As a friend of Lucy Watson, who was a main cast member from seasons 4-11, he made cameos in four episodes.

Rogers and Olender have been in a relationship since 2025, and made their blue carpet debut at BravoCon in November 2025.
Sharing photos from his time at BravoCon in an Instagram carousel, including one with Rogers, Olender revealed that he was unable to attend the final day due to an emergency room visit, but thankfully had the company of "a very special human."
The Bravo star wrote, "A very special human stayed with me until 5am whilst I laid there useless, attached to multiple machines and pumped with meds - sooo grateful for him, the nurses and the docs!"

Andy Cohen gave the "lovely" couple his stamp of approval after BravoCon 2025 on his SiriusXM radio show.
"So Matt Rogers, I guess he's public with Fraser from Below Deck. They are dating," the Watch What Happens Live host shared. "And they were together, and they were lovely together."
Cohen added, "I love them together. It was so cute. It was just great. They were so wonderful."
Rogers' Las Culturistas co-host, Bowen Yang, is also supportive. "I got to know Fraser on a human level. Obviously, I've seen him on Below Deck and I'm amazed at what he can do," he told Out. "Fraser is someone who knows so much about everything. It's such a great match with Matt. They're really wonderful, expansive, worldly people."
He had a heart attack in 2025

After his unexpected hospitalization and exit from BravoCon, Olender opened up about his lung injury and heart attack that was caused by vaping.
"I had vape poisoning, (an E-cigarette or Vaping-Associated Lung Injury (EVALI)) and I have never experienced fear or pain like it," he shared in the caption of an Instagram carousel.
The reality star explained that his heart attack was "not because of a blockage, but because my heart wasn't getting enough oxygen during the spasm."
Olender also urged others to quit vaping, writing, "I could have died for the sake of something so ridiculously stupid, so please do yourselves a favour and give it up too - cold turkey. We do not know enough about these horrific things but I can tell you one thing; that was NOT cute, not even for the plot."
Rogers and Olender took "space" apart after his health scare

During an April 2026 episode of Las Culturistas, Rogers revealed that following Olender's heart attack the couple took "a little bit of space" from each other.
He explained to guest Lena Dunham that they had "really only been dating for three months" when Olender's heart attack happened: "We were already really enjoying being together and then there was this health stuff that entered and so that accelerated things."
"I'm going to see him soon but while he's been gone and I've been sort of busy doing my own thing, we kind of did just take a little bit of space just because of how intense everything had gotten and personal things," Rogers added.
In May 2026, Olender and Rogers hit the red carpet at the 5th annual Las Culturistas Culture Awards, posing together and sharing a kiss. "I was happy to have him by my side," Rogers told Out.
